Founded by Sifu Argimiro Núñez
In September 1992, Sifu Argimiro Núñez Aponte founded the school in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela, naming it after the Lohan — the arhats who chose to remain and work for the wellbeing of others. He is the director for all the Americas of the Pak Hok Pai Cheung Kwok Wah International Martial Arts Association.

Born around 1420 in the monasteries of Tibet as the Lion's Roar, transmitted through Sing Lung, Wong Lam-Hoi and Ng Siu Chung — who gave the art its name, Pak Hok Pai — and passed on through Tang Chak Ming to Sifu Argimiro Núñez.
